We are seeking NYS Certified Reading Specialists to provide direct reading instruction for General and Special Education students during the school day and/or afterschool.
Position Overview:
Provide General and/or Special Education direct instruction to meet the needs of students as outlined in the student's IEP, curriculum.
Maintain data collection and recordings of student progress.
Evaluate student progress and update programming in accordance with IEP by selecting appropriate methods and materials for classroom/home instruction in specialized reading instruction.
Exhibit professional behavior towards students, families, coworkers, school personnel and supervisors.
Requirements:
NYS Reading/Literacy Specialist NYS Special Education Certified (K-12, Grades 1-6, or Grades 7-12) Trained or certified in Orton Gillingham programs such as:
Wilson Level 1, SPIRE, Seeing Stars, Sonday, Lindamood Bell, IMSE, OG Educator, OG associate, and OG Certified Previous professional experience providing in home and/or in school academic instruction preferred Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
