Responsibilities include:
Under the direction of a Nurse Manage/Assistant Nurse Manager performs approved activities related to direct patient care.
Assists patients in their maintenance of activities of daily living.
Performs and documents vital signs, I&O, rounding, maintaining of turn schedules while optimizing patient mobility and skin integrity.
Assists with transfer of patient to a bed, wheelchair or stretcher utilizing patient care equipment safely as needed Performs and maintains competencies related to EKG's, glucose testing and phlebotomy Answers call bells promptly and participates in customer service activities.
