We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating client profiles, verifying insurance benefits, managing inboxes, scheduling appointments, and collaborating with external healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Responsibilities:
Schedule evaluation appointments and manage the evaluation calendar efficiently.
Coordinate with external physicians to facilitate seamless care coordination.
Collect necessary signed documents from patients for admission.
Create and maintain accurate client profiles in the admissions database.
Collaborate with internal departments to address appointment requirements effectively.
Provide general administrative support to the Admissions Director and other teams as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and processes efficiently.
Demonstrates professionalism and exhibits excellent interpersonal skills.
