Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings - Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate individuals - Assist with order entry and data entry tasks to ensure accurate record keeping - Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client needs and resolving any issues or concerns - Assist with event planning and coordination, including organizing meetings, conferences, and other office events - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys providing exceptional administrative support.
