Property Mgmt) firm is seeking an experienced FC Construction Bookkeeper to undertake all aspects of financial bookkeeping.
Experience in following areas (preferred):
Construction accounting including billing, AIA documentation and job costing Professional and services time and billing Financial Statements:
Month end and year end closing procedures including G/L account analysis Insurance / risk analysis Accounts receivable / collections Accounts payable, vendor relations Budgets / projections Payroll processing with outside payroll processing service Requirements Proven working experience as a Construction FC Bookkeeper 5
years of overall combined accounting and finance experience Associates (+) degree in accounting or business administration (preferred) Experience using accounting software preferably MRI, ProCore, SAGE, Timberline, Yardi, Quickbooks Extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Attention to detail and accuracy of work Must be a self-starter, highly organized and motivated Excellent follow up skills Ability to multi-task Team player; maintains professionalism at all times Works independently and takes charge as necessary Job Type:
