The role is much more Administrative than Paralegal in nature.
Responsibilities include:
Calendaring and deadline tracking Email gatekeeping, sorting, and following up on requests when possible Task and project management Basic communications with clients and outside professionals Electronic and physical document management, preparation, and finalization Performance of miscellaneous administrative and personal tasks Paralegal-level duties possible immediately for the right candidate, with training available for an administrator who shows the appropriate aptitude Requirements Required:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Expert-level knowledge strongly preferred.
Required:
Superior organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.
Required:

years working in a professional setting.
Preferred, but not required:
Paralegal certification.
Preferred, but not required:
Completion of a college-level or higher degree.
